1. Order Cancellation

A. Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@foldandhide.com

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

B. Cancellation by Fold and Hide

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational or logistics issues

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.


2. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Request is raised within [7] days of delivery

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

📩 To initiate a return or replacement, email us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Reason for return

Requests not meeting the above conditions may be declined.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Used or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence


4. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and product is received, it will be inspected

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be borne by Fold and Hide


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated
