No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage your details easily.

5. Is it safe to make payments on your website?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.


6. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.


7. How long will delivery take?

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary due to logistics or external factors.


8. Do you offer free shipping?

10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

17. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
